Most modern motorcycle and handlheld GPS units such as the Garmin Zumo and Montana allow you to orient the screen in either landscape or portrait modes. Many riders are starting to find that following routes and navigating tracks can be easier while in portrait mode due to being able to see further out on the map.  This handy adapter allows you quickly and easily swivel your GPS unit in its Touratech locking mount to either orientation without having to use any tools. 

This adapter can also be used to attach any Garmin power cradle with the 4 bolt "AMPS" pattern directly to a half inch crossbar without using a locking mount, for a low-profile and simple non-locking mounting solution.
