The stainless steel buckle surrounds a solid aluminum cam that can be tightened (but not loosened) with one hand, even when locked! Use the Steel Core Security Strap to lock a Touratech Waterproof Adventure Dry Bag or other gear to your bike or as a layer of theft deterrence when parking or hauling bikes.
