Use this aluminum luggage rack to transform the OEM BMW Vario top-case mount on your BMW R1300GS / ADV into a larger base with lashing points for securing soft luggage or dry bags. While the top case is a great solution for commuting or certain kinds of motorcycle trips, other adventures are better suited to a dry bag or soft luggage. Heck, you might just need to strap down a bag of dog food or your latest purchase from the hardware store. Whatever the case may be, this large luggage plate provides a wide smooth surface with 8 lashing points for securing your load.
To use the OEM top case mount again, simply unbolt the plate for easy removal.
